Ernest Daddey:

CEO & Director of Technology

Mr Daddey is award-winning, innovative Product Development Materials Scientist, with extensive

experience as a Research Chemist and Polymer Technologist.  He is a very effective communicator,

self motivated with demonstrated leadership skills. Consistently pursues new challenges to expand knowledge.

 

He is multi-disciplinary skilled, with 18 years of significant achievements in materials science,

over 10,000 hours of Project Management work and is also C.E.O. of E.O.K Consulting  Inc.

Mr. Daddey is the brain behind IQ Materials technologies, bringing his vast experience in Materials Science to bear on proposed system developments.


Ashok Appadurai:

Head of Sales & Deputy Technology Director

An accomplished, creative, flexible and adaptive Product/Project Manager recognized as dedicated

and results driven. Mr Appadurai has seven years of extensive experience in developing and implementing Product Life-cycle Support world-wide .

 

He has demonstrated strengths in Business Development, Business process Development, Customer Support Modeling, Product Support Modeling, Cost Management, and Sales & Marketing.
Has an expansive record of creatively contributing to the bottom-line while working in fast paced changing environments.

 

Mr. Appadurai's energy and drive guides IQ Materials' projects to respond to changes in a highly competitive environment.


Cecilia Ngosi:
M.B.A.

Business Development Director

Mrs Ngosi brings her experience in Business Development to bear on IQ Materials' business strategy and management. 

 

She has extensive experience working with small businesses in Canada and Malawi.

Her  expertise is in evaluating business plans and reviewing financial statements as well as counselling start up and existing business owners in the areas of functional business, strategic planning and financing


Henry Agbozo
PMP, MCSE
Operations & Communications Director
Mr. Agbozo brings to IQ Materials more than 15 years experience in business operations and management, especially in the implementation and completion of projects that exceed a 12 month span.

Previously a Senior Analyst with VNL (Broadband based Video-On-Demand company), United Kingdom, he also has extensive experience in communications - print & e-media. His advanced IT skills in networking and broadband based technologies are utilized by IQMaterials to build up a solid technological infrastructure.

Dr. Josh Goodin:
VP R&D                         

 

 

 

Dr. Goodin’s present position is as the R & D Director for Southern Lithoplate Inc. Previously he was the R & D Director for Lastra SpA managing groups in both Italy and the US in addition he was responsible for coating and chemical manufacturing operations at the US facility. Prior to joining Lastra he was the R & D manager for the Creo Thermal Consumables team that saw sales grow $100 million dollars in 12 months.

He was instrumental in creating the team which grew to over 30 people at three locations in Canada and overseas. The group included chemists, engineers and printers. The enterprise made a significant contribution to the revenue of the company. He was also involved in M & A work and technology acquisition.

He was formerly a project manager at Du-Pont and worked in the electronic materials business area as well as imaging materials. Experience includes QC, manufacturing both continuous and batch processes, equipment commissioning, technical service, Materials sourcing as well as R & D functions. He has over 50 patents or patent applications.

 


Mr. Sean Alger
CA, CPA
Vice President of Finance
Contec Innovations Inc. - "Evolution of the Mobile Internet"
Sean Alger qualified for his CA in 2000 while working for Price Waterhouse, specializing in technology. Shortly thereafter, he returned to Vancouver and joined a small gas company, Pacific Gas, as a General Manager. This introduced Sean to the hands-on aspects of managing a business, including the management of sales and funding programs.

He stayed with Pacific Gas for just under a year, at which time he took some time off to do consulting. This included a stint as a UFE exam marker. In November 2002, Sean joined Contec Innovations Inc. Contec develops software, hardware and associated services to help mobile operators expand their business.


Mr. Brian Mackay
Dip. Tec, MBA

 

Brian Mackay is Associate Vice President, IT Services and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC. TRU has over 25,000 students enrolled in both face-to-face and distance programs.

Brian has expertise in the effective use of technology for improving business processes, supply chain management and logistics in oil trading and shipping, customer service and heavy engineering, including pulp and paper.

Before joining TRU, Brian was the CIO at the Open Learning Agency (OLA). Before joining OLA Brian ran global IT for Vancouver-based Teekay Shipping Ltd, the world's largest oil shipping company and one of BC's largest public companies. Brian was also Technical Director of UK based Network Chartering, suppliers of market intelligence systems for the shipping industry.


Dr. Tom Dickinson
MSc, PhD

Associate Vice President (Research) at Thompson Rivers University.

Dr Dickinson received his BSc degree from Queens University, has a MSc degree from the University of Calgary and his PhD degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Dickinson is responsible for all research-related matters at TRU, including the Tricouncil granting agencies, the Canada Foundation for Innovation, and the Canada Research Chairs program.
He is also responsible for applied research at TRU and works extensively with the National Research Council and Western Economic Diversification. In total, the research portfolio has an annual value of slightly more than $3M.
